CDS (combined defense service) organize UPSC twice every year by (union public service commission) exam to talented young and aspirants. CDS examination is usually released in the months of October and June, and the examinations are conducted in February and November respectively only unmarried graduate candidate is sitting for the exam.

Age Criteria and About Qualifications:

● Age required in Indian Military Academy is 19-24 years. Qualification the degree of recognized university (with physics and mathematics 10+2 level).
● Naval Academy 19-22 years. Qualification the degree of recognized university\institution.
● In Officers’ Training Academy age 19-25 years.qualification the degree of recognized university or equivalent.

For OTA Courses Written exam

Date of notification – 8 November 2017
Last date of online applications – 04 December 2017
Date of examination – 4 February 2018

The CDS (I) 2018 written exam will be held offline (Pen and Paper Mode)
The exam for candidates applying Indian Military Academy, Indian Naval Academy and Air Forces Academy Courses will be of 300 marks, whereas the exam for Officers Training Academy will be for 200 marks.
